disabled_by_defaultDue to increasing levels of AI scraping putting incredible strain on server resources but Cloudflare's under attack mode being a bit too heavy-handed to leave up 24/7, we're trying a new way to combat these attacks. By default, all traffic will be challenged but logged in users will bypass those challenges completely. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as it was never our intention to try to force registration and you certainly still don't have to - passing one of those challenges should keep you in the clear for a half-hour otherwise.

So. I am keeping true to my mandate of getting all the month's submissions done for an update. Even if it kills me.

This month, the PC submissions were cooking with over a thousand submissions! The PS3 section was a very close second with over nine hundred submissions. OCL and Theoracle1185 continue to compete for the prize for being The Sounds Resource top submitter*. Meta Quest exists. And there are so many other submissions to enjoy as well.

Now that the website shouts everyone out automatically, I've been thinking about something more to put in these updates. What would you like to see? Something like tips and tricks, like they do over in Models? Video game facts? Random rambling? Let me know.

If I can ask a minor question but, given the website redesign what's the requirement image size to submit a picture? Like 48 x 48, 64 x 64, 240 x 240, etc?

Not going to happen. Paraphrasing what I told another user earlier, we already don't allow music so remixes couldn't be submitted, voice impersonations wouldn't be accepted, nor would sentence mixing, so there really isn't anything "custom" that would even qualify.

You could add a random submission section each month to give more niche areas hits, or introduce people to new things. Most people are gonna come here for 1 thing, but I browse games I've never even heard of.
