Is the voice clip of the announcer going "race to the finish" anywhere?

"Oh no red power!" is actually "A new record!" and I know this because 1 it can be heard very clearly, 2 it cues when the player beats a previous record in a bonus game outside of arcade mode, and 3 the game never mentions anything about "red power".

Dogars is infamous for how the name got well known outsid eof asia

Some Pokemon names are written as romanised Japanese here;
- Dogars is Koffing
- Fushigibana is Venusaur
- Hitokage is Charmander
- Kabigon is Snorlax
- Kamex is Blastoise
- Lucky is Chansey
- Pippi is Clefairy
- Tosakinto is Goldeen
- Purin is Jigglypuff
It may be worth tweaking the filenames given this? And maybe use JP over...that...
