Not exactly. Mega Microgame$ uses special effects in it's sequences that I haven't heard in other GBA titles, such as reverb, delay, and even a high-pass filter (as heard in one of Orbulon's menu lines).
This means are those voice files the same as in WarioWare Twisted?
The sounds in "Character Voices" are currently the RAW sound files, please add/replace with the sequences used in the game
