Besides Chapter 5 (as of the time of this comment) and obviously the music tracks which wouldn't be allowed here anyway (including the "Cyber Battle" song that's treated as a sound effect in-game), all of the sounds from 1-4 should be accounted for. And if it's not here, it's because it's an in-game combination / alteration of the already-existing sounds.

(EDIT: Oh, and one more sound isn't here on purpose -- Queen's extended laugh, as it's on the official soundtrack as "Ohhhhohohoho!".)
