For Anyone Wondering, Explosions And Others Are In The "Events" Folder.
For those wondering what file is the "Ravenhome woman scream", it's in the Ambience folder called "town_child_scream1" (I always thought it was a woman)

You're missing the point of my message. I didn't say not to submit them period, I stated not to repurpose the work of another user for your submissions (which a GMod Workshop addon absolutely would fall under). It'd be like downloading someone's model rip from Sketchfab and submitting it to The Models Resource, or saving a sprite sheet you found somewhere and submitting it to The Spriters Resource -- that is not allowed here.
i mean , this isnt your work or semeone else`s , its valve`s sounds , plus , its easy to rip them using gcfscape , and ppl shoud credit valve for these sounds!

I found other dubs of this game while browsing the GMOD Workshop, is it ok if I submit them? The only problem is some character lines are uploaded seperatly and it would be a pain for me to compare files to see if they're the same name or not.

@JamesTDG That sound was from a leaked build of Half-Life 2 and was not shipped in the final game. There is a seperate directory for the leaked builds' sounds --> https://www.sounds-resource.com/pc_computer/halflife2betabuild/
