SLADE can open .rff files now, and can convert the audio files. Worth pointing out.

I tried many tools that were incompatible with my PC before finally settling on WinBarf to extract the RFFs and SFX2WAV to convert the sound files. I had to convert about only 15 at a time. Any higher than that the program would crash.
