I had the chance a long time ago to play in multiplayer local at this game, and to use the Xtransceiver ("live caster" in japanese) to have local video calls (it was dumb and useless as we were literally in the same room), but I noticed when a player calls another player, the Xtransceiver's ringtone was different from the one you see in most Pokémon BW sound file archives, which is the ringtone when a NPC calls you. I never found that ringtone anywhere, but it was the same notes as the NPC ringtone, just a different instrument. Alas, nowadays I have only one DS console, so I cannot record it to show it.

@tommytcu: You're right. Since there's disassemblies of the games, one can use a function to mute the background music and record the Pokémon cries in the menu.
Hmm.
Hmm.

These are good and all, but I wish that we had access to the 2nd generation Pokémon cries at a much higher quality. Not like the modern cries from gen 6 upwards.

thanks!
