Howdy, everyone! I'm back again after a roughly-three-month absence to deliver this month's update, such as it is. 530 submissions at 5:30... wait, what do you mean I've already missed that by about 15 minutes? Ah, whatever, I'm never on time for these sorts of things.

That's true. It may be in obvious places to us but I think it's still being missed, especially by newer users. I'm not sure if anything more can be done to help people understand.

There's an entire sticky thread on the forum dedicated to this very topic. On top of that, the number of pending submissions is visible to everyone from the stats page. So really, there's no excuse for this question to be asked so often.

I think a general disclaimer would be good for why submissions take time. Maybe have it copy/pasted for every update or even for the uploads page. I used to feel impatient/nervous before I started interacting more with the community.

I’m anxious about my submissions for Overwatch 2, they still haven’t been approved and it’s been just under a month since I uploaded them! I really need an answer to why it’s taking so long :(

@SteamyJ: Yep! Got a new processor / motherboard set thanks to a friend of mine last month (they upgraded not too long ago and didn't need their old less-than-two-years-old rig anymore), and after installing it in place of my old build, it's been working great ever since.

@Dark_Ansem: Certainly a lot more than the last couple of months's updates, that's for sure. Queue's still about as backlogged, but I'll be around doing what I can to help sort out the remaining submissions in the upcoming months.
