MAP01 sounds 12 through 16 are the voice of Charcoal after first luring him out with the alcohol. He calls himself "Mr. Binchotan" while in this form and an article in Long Life Times also calls him this.

MAP01 sounds 57 through 61 are the voice of Junichi Saito, the oil drum in Funny Bone City. This is in the files for Worldly Desire Temple because of the early game cutscene with Dan Yamada, but it also exists in the files for Funny Bone City. You might've missed it since the entrance of Funny Bone City (MAP06) and the inside of Funny Bone Factory (MAP05) are completely separate maps with Saito only appearing in the entrance.

EDIT: My last playthrough was on the Japanese version so I didn't remember that the voices are actually different in the entrance of Funny Bone City and Saito's voice is missing entirely. Looking at the files they overwrote all the voice sounds after the factory worker voice with identical copies of the factory worker voice. I have no idea how or why this happened, might be the most baffling error in the localization. Anyways, ripping Saito's voice and the sounds associated with a certain secret from the Japanese version would be a good idea.
