Just ripped the character-specific sound effects for Evil Ryu and Oni. These are the sound effects used for their special moves, ultra combo / boss intro cinematics, foley, etc. I used SFIVAM.exe (SFIV Audio Manager) to rip the sounds. Character-specific sound effects are stored in the same .csb sound pack file as their voice lines, so technically speaking the game stores every character's sound effects twice, once for their Japanese voice, and once for their English one.

I just noticed that all 44 characters have voices for the Rival Battles, as it's possible that they can be rippable.
