FModel and UModel have no issues getting the models and such, game doesn't even have encryption.
For SFX, you can use FModel and I think a plugin/patch(?) to make audio work? I had no issue so idk if that's needed.
And then I used a modded FModel that can mass export audio to get the rest of the dude voices, waiting on them to be approved :)

I doubt it, not even Umodel could break open the file assets (.uasset), how this user got his hand on the SFX is a mystery to me. When I try to attempt this, it lead to alot of error warnings to the point that I just gave up.
