@Random Talking Bush: If I remember correctly, Snake’s VA hasn’t recorded any new codecs yet.
If you take a lookat Ultimate’s section, all of the codecs are in the same folder, whereas in brawls section, they’re separate.
Perhaps you uploaded all of the codecs in the same folder to save admins and moderators, including yourself, from having trouble reviewing sounds.

@MonadoBoy16: Well, yeah, but they're still not completely identical due to having a different audio compression.
Besides, isn't the phrase used for Ultimate "Everyone is here!"? It'd be dumb to leave something out just because it's re-used.

@Vanilluxe92: Yeah, and likewise for Richter's guidance line, where Alucard speaks in English. How odd.
You know? If you play this game in korean and doing the Falco Codec, Snake talks in english, but Slippy talks in japanese!
