Where is the Japanese Luigi Voice?
ah ok
Ah yes. I'd also forgotten about the Excitebike SNES game with the Mario characters. Bardakoff also voiced Luigi. I wish Martinet had reprised his role as Luigi's voice...
And that SNES Excitebike game as well?
I think you've forgotten something: in the Japanese version of Mario Kart 64, it wasn't Charles Martinet who did the voice of Luigi, it was Julien Bardakoff. And he also provided the voice of Luigi in the first two Mario Party games on Nintendo 64, as well as in Mario Kart: Super Circuits.
I forgot Luigi lol "HIR WI GOOU"
Probably the only bad voice acting from Martinet, he was always golden voicing his characters, but NOT here.

And you haven't even heard Luigi's voice yet. For me, Luigi's voice is the WORST of all the voices in the Japanese version of Mario Kart 64.
no theyre awesome wdym
Toad and Peach's voices in the Japanese version are horrible
@thebigguy270 It could be in the "Sound Effects" link, but all of the filenames are not specific enough to know which is what.
I'm impressed the sound for the item roulette isn't there yet...
I noticed when I downloaded Luigi his voice clips were only half long
and it cut in the middle then ended
