This page confused me and others, so I took the time to sort this out. These sounds are from the iOS version, as evidenced by the file names and audio issues. The NAOMI (arcade), Dreamcast, and PS3 versions all use DTPK files. Many of these sound different, especially in regards to the special effect cues. The new-to-2024 Collection edition uses the same iOS files with a slightly tweaked version of the WAV file format. There's a couple vocal sound cues that sound better in the iOS version (such as two overdriven sayings from Tron Bonne), but generally the DC/NAOMI/PS3 clips are preferrable.

Why would these sounds are only 22050hz and 8-bit? Fair enough, but, what if those sounds from the game for Dreamcast are actual ripped?
