Oh hey, this game has been found! I remember before it was found seeing an eBay listing for the DSi that would have been used with this game at McDonalds in Japan. I know this as the same system with the McDonalds logo engraved on the top shell was also seen in use in footage from some News channel talking about the game in use for training. I think that console was bought by someone months ago btw.
