I extracted the “utility.bin” inside it using EveryFileExplorer, which had everything inside, including the sound file for the Wi-Fi configuration

Updated: Cutscene Voices, General Sounds (1, 2, and 4 but not 3), Kart Sounds, Level Intro Ambience and Podium Sounds.

(Next GP I'll see about splitting some of the archives further, they're getting kinda hefty now.)

And why aren't there any cutscene voices/sfx for all of the playable characters in the A Shadow Falls section?
